2. Commitments

• Commit to booked appointment times.

3. Bookings

Any accepted booking is considered a commitment to attend at the scheduled time.

4. Reviews

• Reviews reflect customers’ experience.
• The barber is not allowed to manipulate reviews.

5. Account Suspension

The website administration has the right to suspend the barber account in case of violations or repeated complaints.
